What to write to us about
- A consultation on your own situation. Use the consultation form on the home page, or write to us with your company, the streams you deal in and what you need.
- Plans and payments. A payment that did not open your plan, a duplicate charge, a tax invoice or a refund: write with the email on your account and the payment reference from Cashfree's receipt. See Refunds & cancellation.
- Your account or the service. Sign-in trouble, a fault, a wrong figure in a library document or calculator: tell us what you did and what you saw.
- Privacy. To see, correct or erase your data, write with "Privacy" in the subject; see the Privacy policy. This reaches our Grievance Officer.
